James-Herve Sabin - General Director
James-Herve as a Bachelor of Architecture from New York Institute of Technology and a Master of Architecture From Pratt Institute. He attended planning courses on infrastructure of cities in developing countries at columbia University.
James-Hervé has worked with the NYC HPD developing housing prototypes, housing research and urban design. He volunteered for an organization in Sibert called KOKAVII designing Housing prototypes. Most recently, he worked as a Project Architect at a high end luxury residential architecture firm in New York City. Other activities include furniture design and painting.

Robin J Boucard- Assistant Director
Robin is from Jacmel, Haiti. She is an attorney admitted to practice in New York state and her interests include youth leadership and human rights.

Oka Tai-Lee - Director of Environmental Initiatives
Oka graduated from Beloit College with a BA in Classics She is now a research associate with Greentech Media and is studying to become a LEED Accredited Professional. Oka is very devoted to fostering a green environment. Combined that with her love of children she has decided to join our cause.

Syncia B. Sabain - Director of Health initiatives.
Syncia is a PHD candidate at Columbia University Teacher’s College. She is interested in global health issues and policy.
